Journaling is so healthy and we need these girls to take care of themselves. There is this movement of junk journaling right now (basically rough scrapbooking) and this $11 one is perfect for it. So many colors. If you want a slightly bigger gift, consider adding on my favorite markers.

Gray sweatpants are something of a uniform right now. These Aerie ones are super cozy and won’t fall apart in the wash.
