Kids ages 5-10 gift guide

I’ve shared these Posca markers a lot but they’ve become our go to gift for friends and what are you all but friends? So satisfying for kids and grownups.

Kiki and Lulu PJs are a family staple around here. Super thin and soft and so many adorable patterns

Magna-Tiles are THE forever toy here. I will be super sad when no one plays with them anymore. Jack is 10 and has been playing with ours since before he was 2. Why am I getting emotional? Also these have mini tiles which are a fun addition.

Remember how excited you were to use fun scissors? Give that feeling. Also, take a note from my sister and when you give a gift like this that will need its own storage, throw in a cheap clear bin to organize them.

This wobble board looks so fun and I know my children certainly need to work on their balance but in like a fun way and not like a walk with a stack of books on your head way. If first order, use new10 for 10% off.

Colorku is a full family game here- think Sudoku with colors. There are levels of difficulty so Leo can do some and then some Bill and I even struggle with.

Bad Guys is a series favorite here and my kids also love the movie. They want to run out and get the new book as soon as it drops. This is a good starter set. (Spoiler alert- these are bad guys who are choosing to do good).

Calico critters hold so much nostalgia for me. If your kids don’t have any, grab a little family and this adorable grocery store. The tiny fruit and veg give me a lot of joy- even when my kids walk away.

This Skida neck warmer is the perfect thing for a snowy day- I love mine for cross country skiing. Easy to just pull over their head and it stays in place and holds major warmth- lots of patterns but I personally am a strawberry girl.

Marble runs are similar to Magna-Tiles over here- they get pulled out maybe once a month and played with for days. I can get pretty into the very intricate designs and very angry when they fail. It’s very healthy.
